Ok, I got the numbers way off on the others. This one is 15 though. It's the one that I drew all the interior art for, and not very well. I'm not Bruce Timm.
Anway, it was fun coming up with these covers. Trying to illustrate a whole story in one image can be very challenging. this issue featured Freeze and Nora finally getting back together, only to have Batman screw it all up. Thanks a lot Bat brain!
